Downloader Setup

I wanted to thank everyone that has downloaded the engine so far. In the launch post, I did neglect to put out instructions on how to setup the Downloader on a server to enable the file download feature. It is available on the repo's wiki. The wiki page has a full list of server platform requirements, setup instructions for both the server and client side, and examples on how to initiate the downloads in your plugin code.
